Do. Better. 

Wellness doesn’t always come from lifting weights or meditating or eating right. Sometimes it’s thinking right. When we think the right way we can move the right way. So much is connected, some of us have known this, some of us have known this for far too long. Today we go over the classic “do better.” 

This is a direct post, it’s designed to give our customers and followers an actionable task that can help anyone become more efficient at what they do. When you attemp something, which you achieve your goal, say to yourself “I can do better.”

For example, if you’re learning a new skill, when you complete a task, repeat “you can do better” and attempt the task again. Continue this over and over. Don’t just say it to yourself, say it out loud. Scream it if you have to. Try this for a week, in multiple facets of your life. Look back at your process after one week. Chances are you’ll be doing better. A lot better.
