Time Management Tuesday: Just Say No
Why did I start writing about time management? Simple. There is a mental health component to time management. We can become stressed out with trying to reach deadlines and pleasing everyone, so much so that we tend to become desperate to cram it all in. Sometimes, at the end of the day, we can’t even remember all the things we did because we were running all over the place and not able to really feel or enjoy what we were doing.
Learning to say no is empowering. Putting your mental health above all else is empowering. Laughing in the face of FOMO, you get what I’m saying. There is no sense in belaboring this point. Saying no is good for your health.
This week’s Time Management Tuesday is a short and simple one, as short and as simple as saying no. You’re your own person. No one can check your mental health better than you. Do right by yourself. Just say no.
