Manic Monday: Define Your Goals

For the next 4 Monday’s I will be going over a few strategies to help achieve your goals. Like anything new, I suggest starting small and working your way up, but the choice is always yours. That being said, let’s get into this. 


Defining your goals is where we will begin. To do this, let’s ask 4 very simple questions. Write these out. Physically writing out our goals engrains them deeper than just our conscious thoughts. 


  1. What does success mean to you?
  2. What excites you? What drains you?
  3. What do you do better than most?
  4. Are you evaluating both sides of success? (External recognition and internal satisfaction.)

These exercises will be short and sweet. Keeping things simple will allow us to focus on the goals at hand and ensure a more effective journey on the path. Best of luck and play like a champion today!
