It's been a long long time since I've written a blog post, tomorrow is a new day, a new week, a new set of challenges, a new maze to dominate! What do you have in store for this week? What do you have ready to rock?
One thing I love about Monday's is its a perfect time to set the baseline for your week. Yeah, I get it, I sound like Matt Foley and not Mathew DiSpagna, but seriously. This isn't about your morning routine, how much time you're spending working out, meditating, reading and showering before 6am. This is about setting a new mindset, its about setting new habits, its about finding a better and clearer way of thinking.
One thing I have thoroughly enjoyed passing on to people who are open to the idea is to remind yourself when you're in the middle of a task, "I can do better." This line on thinking can push you to do more and be more, little by little. It is a core idea that can continue to push our progress on a slightly impactful level that doesn't put mounting pressure on ourselves to achieve more than we are capable of in one shot.
Sometimes massive levels of success come from an accumulation of small habits. This one habit can contribute to small habits that create massive level of success. What does this have to do with CBD? Well, CBD won't change who you are in one day; it can take weeks to activate our cannabinoid receptors to achieve a noticeable difference. Patience, persistence and keeping our eyes on the prize is what will lead us all to victory.
